Can I cancel my yearly membership? 

An annual contract can be terminated by sending an email to crossfitdouble.u@gmail.com no later than 30 calendar days before the expiration of the contract. If the cancellation takes place outside this period, 1 full month will be charged.

It is possible to end an annual contract early according to the following formula: 20€ * the number of months of membership, plus an administrative fee of €25. In this case, a notice period of 30 calendar days applies.

Can I pause my membership when I'm injured? 

Too bad you're injured! We wish you a speedy recovery :) Please let us know about the injury on crossfitdouble.u@gmail.com and we'll adapt your membership in Wodify.
