Can I cancel my annual membership early?

Yes, early termination of an annual membership is possible under the following conditions:
You will be charged the difference in monthly fees between the annual plan and the flexible (monthly cancellable) plan, multiplied by the number of months you've been a member, plus an administration fee of €25. A 30-day notice period applies.

How does the flexible (monthly cancellable) membership work?

Our monthly cancellable membership has a higher monthly fee.
It can be cancelled monthly, provided the cancellation is submitted at least 15 days before the end of the month.
If the cancellation comes later, an extra month will be added to the notice period.

Can I pause my membership when I'm injured? 

Too bad you're injured! We wish you a speedy recovery :) Please let us know about the injury on crossfitdouble.u@gmail.com and we'll pause your membership in Wodify.
